Today Hungarian officials do not raise an issue of establishing ethnic Hungarian autonomy in Serbian Vojvodina where Hungarians are the second biggest ethnic minority. And this is despite the fact that Hungarian politicians and mass media have earlier made a point about it. We believe that this discriminating approach to protecting Hungarians abroad is not just a peculiarity of the country’s national policy, but shows how the global geopolitical structure works.
