"If Moscow's dream of a "new bipolarity" with Washington were to gain any traction, the Kremlin would have to jettison its zero-sum approach and start showing some buy-in a shared agenda, jointly developing solutions as opposed to gaining leverage by making itself first part of the problem. A good way to start would be to finally turn Russia's military sights on IS in Syria, and, perhaps, Iraq and Libya. Preda Mihailescu Mai ne putem intreba, care din misiunile in Iraq, Afghanistan, Lybia au fost vreodata terminate. O intrebare care autorul ar fi fost decent sa o aiba in vedere!
